Mass of Thanksgiving:
Mass of Thanksgiving to mark Bishop Larry Duffy’s Golden Jubilee of Priesthood will
be celebrated in St Macartan’s Cathedral, Monaghan on Sunday 14 June at 3pm. Every parish is asked to have representation at this Mass. Everyone welcome. Refreshments afterwards in the Hillgrove Hotel.

Day of Friendship & Prayer, Lough Derg, will take place on Wednesday, 20th May. Guest speakers on the day will be Most Reverend Archbishop Eamon Martin and the Most Reverend Archbishop John McDowell.

Clogher Diocese Pilgrimage to Knock, led by Most Rev Larry Duffy, will take place on Wednesday 5th August 2026. A schedule for the day will be issued closer to the date

Clogher Diocesan One Day Retreat to Lough Derg will take place on Saturday, 23rd May

Ecumenical Service for Pentecost
Led by Bishop Larry Duffy and Bishop Ian Ellis, will take place at St Macartan’s Church (the Forth Chapel), Springtown Road, Augher, on Sunday 24 May at 3pm. This annual moment of prayer recalls the birth of the Church and our shared mission to proclaim the Gospel and the peace of Christ in our world today. Refreshments afterwards. All are welcome.

Clogher don Óige:
Clogher don Óige will host a Summer Camp under the patronage of Carlo Acutis at St. Joseph’s Pastoral Centre, Monaghan, from Tuesday 14th to Thursday 16th July 2026, running daily from 10:00am to 3:00pm. This promises to be an engaging “Carlo Camp” filled with fun, faith, and friendship, specially designed for children aged 10 to 13 years. The cost is €15 per child. We are looking for people to work in environmental, administration and maintenance. 19.5 hours per week in the Glaslough, Emyvale and Truagh areas.
